Hold Me Tight All Night, Onii-chan! (Onii-chan, Asa made Zutto Gyutte Shite! or OniGyu) includes a common route with four normal heroine routes and a locked harem route. There is also a code system that allows for some additional content to be unlocked.
This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes, and explain the situation regarding the patch.
Adult Content
If you have purchased the Steam version of Hold Me Tight All Night, Onii-chan! (OniGyu), you can download the 18+ DLC via the NekoNyan Patches Website.
To install the adult patch, download the patch, open the archive file with software such as 7Zip, and extract the .exe file (which should be titled Hold Me Tight All Night, Onii-chan EN Patch v1.01.exe or similar). Then run the .exe file and follow the instructions. It should autodetect your Steam install location during this process, but if not, select the correct folder where it’s installed.
If the patch is installed, the opening movie will play, then the title screen will show the four heroines and a have a menu option for Event. If not, these will be missing and the title screen will be a sky.
Alternatively, you can buy the uncensored version of Hold Me Tight All Night, Onii-chan! on websites that support adult content, such as the JAST store.
Hugging
You will be given the choice to hug your heroine gently or tightly. You can choose whichever you like. This does not affect progression aside from the tutorial, but progressing from a gentle to tight hug will show different variations of the CG.
By default, this is done through a minigame where you raise or lower the gauge by holding the left mouse button. The yellow part of the gauge is for a gentle hug, and the red for a tight hug. Raise it to the point you want, then let go to let it drop to the bottom of the gauge. You can also hold the right mouse button to lower it faster.
If you don’t want to use this minigame, you can change it to a choice by going to Config, then to the Text submenu, then by changing ‘Replace Hugging with Choice Prompt’ to ‘On’.
Route Order and Structure
The walkthrough below suggests points to save and load, and a route that will allow you to choose any heroine. If you want to get onto a route faster, you can instead just keep hugging your chosen heroine at the decision points. However, by doing this you will miss several scenes.
The harem route in Hold Me Tight All Night, Onii-chan! is locked behind completing any one heroine route, but there is a workaround to bypass this as described below. The choice required to enter it won’t appear if this is not unlocked.
There are no additional character endings such as the short route for the mother in Onii♥Kiss: Onii-chan, Where’s My Kiss?!

Hold Me Tight All Night, Onii-chan! (OniGyu) has a function to input codes and unlock extras such as movies, commentary from the staff, and to unlock the harem ending early.
Go to Config from the main menu, then choose the Codes submenu.
Input the below codes and click the button to activate. If successful, it will respond with a message detailing what has been unlocked.

The unlocked videos and staff commentary can be found by going to the Extra menu, choosing Scene, then Scene replay submenu, then going to the ‘Extra’ section.
